52.5 miles covered on the GPS. Road ride over Ivinghoe Beacon to Berkhampstead then back via Wing, Leighton and Toddington.

The wind dropped later on and I nearly ran out of enery at one point. Jaffa Cakes are quite quick to work!

I was very careful on the descents as it was very slippery underneath.
